Deacon Hill
Introduction
This site can be accessed from the Icknield Way as it rises up the scarp slope of the Chilterns. Horses and bikes are welcome to use the permissive bridleway, but are not allowed on the open access land at the top of the hill. The hill itself is noted for iits nationally important grassland, and it is hoped some of the rare flowers will colonise the lower slopes. Access End Date 31/10/2016.
