How To Get There By Car

Ampthill is situated in mid-Bedfordshire, approximately 8 miles south of Bedford on the A507. From there, take the Woburn Road and turn off into Sandhill Close to reach the village of Millbrook.
Please park considerately. Remember to take all valuables with you and ensure that your car is securely locked.

Before You Start

Footwear - Some of the paths can become wet and muddy, particularly after heavy rain, so strong, waterproof footwear is recommended.

The Starting Point - The Greensand Ridge car park is the suggested starting point for the walk, which is described in an anti-clockwise direction. However, you can walk in either direction and shorten the walk by taking the short cut; details shown on map.
