Details

A lovely 17th century timber framed farmhouse with a Georgian frontage, it is a Grade II listed historic building. You will experience genuine hospitality and a warm welcome. We have a strong reputation for standards of quality and service.

'Thankyou for allowing us to share you wonderful home again. Outstanding!'

Three bedrooms, all with en-suite bath/shower, overlooking the gardens. Breakfast is served in the 17th century dining room and we are proud to use locally sourced products. Many local inns serve evening meals.

'I simply don't want to leave - hope to return soon.'

An ideal base for visiting the towns of Bedford, Cambridge, St Neots, Huntingdon, Peterborough and Milton Keynes. Woburn Abbey, Wimpole Hall, Hatfield House, Knebworth Park, The Shuttleworth Collection and the RSPB sanctuary at Sandy are all worth a visit.

There are attractive way marked walks in the village and throughout the country.

'Lovely and relaxing - juts what we needed.'

Roxton is situated in the valley of the River Ouse, on the borders of Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. The A1 and A421 roads are a few minutes away by car. The M1 is 30 minutes away and the A14 15 minutes away.

Luton and Stansted airports are easily accessible. If flying into Gatwick ask for information about the Thames link rail service to Bedford. The Euro star terminal at St Pancras station connects through to Bedford. An express coach service between Cambridge and Oxford which runs every half hour, stops on the edge of Roxton village.
