Details

Welcome to this Lovely Victorian Farmhouse set in commanding position with views over the garden and our arable land to the horizon beyond the River Great Ouse Valley. Beautifully furnished house in keeping with its age, some antique pieces and some reproduction furniture.

We have replaced all the modern fireplaces with genuine Victorian examples found from Leicester to London. Bedrooms are all en-suite, of course. All three are spacious with king sized beds. We accommodate singles in the Kings.

Twins sleep in a king and a single. Beds and linens are of very high quality. Hospitality trays in each room, with Margaret's shortbread. Fresh milk supplied.

TV / Radio / Clock / Alarm / DVD / CD and hairdryer in each room. Bathrooms are all equipped with roomy showers, thick white towels on heated rails and many little extras.

Breakfast, which is served in the dining room, is very carefully chosen, bacon and sausages from outdoor reared pigs, for example. Before we toast your bread Margaret bakes it, try some not toasted! Eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms etc. are sourced locally whenever possible.

Times of Arrival, Departure and Breakfast can be important to you, please discuss your requirements, we aim to please.

Business Guests welcome. Wi-Fi accessible. Vat registered. Relax, unwind or even work in the guests' sitting room, the garden or even in your room.

For Bank Holidays and big local events we reserve the right to accept only those reservations for two or more nights parking: Safe parking, undercover can be arranged.
