New Barns Farm Walk at BedfordThe new permissive access on this farm provides links into existing Public Rights of Way, in order to provide more options for circular walks. This new access includes a length of bridleway on a field edge along Hoopers Spinney for use by horses, cyclists and walkers. The access forms part of a wide programme of conservation works which the farmer is undertaking including hedgerow planting and restoration and introducing grass margins around field edges and wild food mixes. How to get there by car/parking: From the A428, Bedford to Northampton Road, turn right at the village of Turvey, then right again, signposted to Carlton. There is very limited on road parking. Please park thoughtfully.
