The new permissive access on this farm provides links into existing Public Rights of Way, in order to provide more options for circular walks. This new access includes a length of bridleway on a field edge along Hoopers Spinney for use by horses, cyclists and walkers. The access forms part of a wide programme of conservation works which the farmer is undertaking including hedgerow planting and restoration and introducing grass margins around field edges and wild food mixes. Start Point: Access is via the lane leading to New Barns Farm from the Causeway, and from the footpath leading from the farm. Start Nat GR: SP968544

How to get there by car/parking: From the A428, Bedford to Northampton Road, turn right at the village of Turvey, then right again, signposted to Carlton. There is very limited on road parking. Please park thoughtfully.
